XpertMods has been specifically designed to merge for the first time two interdependent types of training: face-to-face training of the learner and self-training of the trainer ("Train-the-trainer").
An optimal digital solution for face-to-face training is decisive to simplify and accelerate the learner's learning process. In order to achieve an effective diffusion of your expertise XpertMods integrates at the same time the digital expert training of trainers to increase automatically the number of available specialist trainers.
On- and Offline functioning
XpertMods works everywhere, on- and offline, because the need for training is not linked to the existence of an Internet connection:
at the patient's bed or in training rooms with an insufficient Internet connection, it is necessary to be able to provide optimal information presentation and to answer immediately all the learner's questions.
